Mindwork Counselling

Sometimes we have things that trouble us and we need help to resolve them. If we do not make time to get help, the things that trouble us can become part of our everyday lives, part of who we are, making us unhappy or anxious and stop us functioning as we might. We may feel overwhelmed at times, with a profound effect not just on ourselves but also on those around us. If you want to reach out and feel you need help to make a positive change in your life, Mindwork Counselling offers you a warm, safe, empathic, non-judgemental, and confidential environment to explore what you wish to talk about.

Working with all clients, though with a special interest and experience in the younger age group, especially adolescents: “Nipping problems in the bud” by helping young people deal with difficulties when they are still young may help them avoid problems resurfacing later in life, whether these be problems in the family or in relationships, social anxiety, worries and stress over exams and studies, bullying and cyber-bullying, image and food/ weight issues.
