Edinburgh and Lothian Council on Alcohol (ELCA) offers help to anyone worried about their own or someone else’s drinking. There are drop in sessions available weekly which you can attend without an appointment:

Both alcohol and/or drug misuse services currently operate from five Recovery Hubs for South Central Edinburgh. They all operate a drop-in clinic service which you can attend without an appointment:
