All prescriptions are generated by computer with forms for a further repeat prescription if appropriate.  Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by submitting this copy or a written request. If you wish the prescription to be sent to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request.

You are requested to please allow 2 working days for items requested on a repeat prescription, and longer for any additional items, as these will have to be checked by your Doctor. We also welcome faxed prescription requests on 0131 447 3020.  It would be appreciated if you can enter your normal doctors name when ordering repeat prescriptions.

In order to reduce congestion on the telephone lines and to reduce the possibility of mistakes occurring, the Staff are instructed not to accept telephone requests for prescriptions. Please note that we do not dispense medicines, and that only medication currently issued and authorised as repeat medication may be ordered for collection in 48 hours time.
