To access to our online appointment booking service you will first have to go through this procedure. These steps are necessary in order to ensure both your security and the security of the Practice.

The following steps are required:

1. Please come into the Surgery Reception and ask the Receptionist for a sheet with your secure access details. You will need this to register for the service.

2. You will see that this sheet contains various personal identification numbers (PIN) that are required for registration. You will then need to register for the service by clicking here. Enter the details that you have on your form given to you by the receptionist.

3. Once you have registered then you may log on to the service by clicking on the icon below

Please be aware that if you persistently book an appointment on line and fail to attend without reasonable notice this facility may be withdrawn and you will have to book your next appointment in the normal manner.  This is done to ensure that your personal information has not been compromised.
